Mshandukani Trading and Projects was formed in terms of company act 1984 of South Africa. The ideal formation of this company is to re-inforced the need to achieve “non-racial integrated society through sustainable development, wealth creation, poverty alleviation and equity”.

Directors and Managers Profiles

Mr Mashudu Vincent Shandukani

He Holds Degree in Geology and Environmental sciences with Tshwane University of Technology. He works for Debeers mining and exploration operations as Geologist. He later joined Bombela CJV (Gautrain Project) as an Engineering Geologist. He was also part of design team for ESKOM hydropower scheme in KZN Ladysmith. He is currently consulting for different mining and engineering companies carrying out projects varying from Mining and  Exploration projects , Environmental services, Geotechnical investigations and foundation design for Roads, buildings and pilling Projects.   He is an affiliated member with GSSA,SAGA and SACNASP.

Miss Pretty Lukoto

She obtained National Diploma in Civil Engineering with  Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Accumulation of her vast experience and expertise was attained while working for Power Group Of Companies as a trainee, She then join Bombela Civil Joint venture, where she worked as a Junior Design Engineer for above ground works  (Pilling and Construction of Viaducts for the Gautrain Railway lines). She later join Arcuss gibb as a junior design Engineer seconded to Braamhoek hydropower project. She is currently working with Rainbow construction as a site engineer for Earth works.

Mshandukani is recognized as a level 3 with BBEE scoring,In the interest of growing its ability to continually improve its service, the drive success of company is rooted on commitment and strong determination of members and employees with support of its clients.
